CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

 Items must be returned with any original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition with our returns form. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods please return them unused, with any original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition, by JANUARY 14th 2010 for a full refund or exchange on goods. No refund can be given if goods are returned after JANUARY 14th 2010. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns

Items must be returned with any original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods please return them unused, with any original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition, within 14 days for a full refund or exchange on goods.
No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note in the case of wetsuits, rash vests and other items where it states colours may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the colour is not suitable with certain products. i.e. wetsuits, rash vests, boards etc
If you wish to return any items, please use the returns slip, please download the instructions and returns slip here. Once downloaded it can be printed. When using this download, please make sure your name, address and telephone number are added to the reverse of the slip.
Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
